Reaching Japan with the Gospel One Soul at a time.
The Hosmers, products of Global Missions, were both saved in 1992. While serving on active duty with the U.S. Air Force in Japan, Ed Hosmer and his wife Naomi were under the ministry of Paul Dennis. Overwhelmed by a strong calling to reach the Japanese people with the gospel and a specific mandate to evangelize Japan, Brother Hosmer made a significant sacrifice by leaving behind a promising law enforcement career and separating from the military. They pursued their calling by serving as AIMers for eight years and are currently overseeing one of the fastest-growing United Pentecostal Churches in Japan. They became AIMers in 1995 and were appointed missionaries to Japan and the Ryukyu Islands in 2002, where they have been actively involved with Global Missions for over three decades. Currently, Bro. Hosmer holds several important positions, including serving on the Japan National General Board as the Southern Regional Director and as the Global Student Ministries Regional Coordinator for Asia and the Leadership Development International Coordinator for Asia. Their primary focus areas are evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.
